Who Is Windsor House?
For over 60 years, Windsor House has been a trusted name in skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care. Founded in 1959 by John and Dorothy Masternick, our story began with a simple but powerful mission—to provide exceptional care and a better quality of life for the elderly. What started as a single location in Youngstown’s North Side has grown into 17 communities across Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania, each one dedicated to compassionate, personalized senior living.
